Services/Management

Google Ads management.

Hands-on weekly optimisation of your Google Ads account. I run it personally — strategy, account work, weekly review — like a senior in-house PPC lead, with the breadth that comes from 1,900+ campaigns shipped.

Who this is for

You're spending $10K+/month and the account is either underperforming, plateaued, or growing slower than the business needs. You've tried an agency before and got a junior account manager and a Looker Studio dashboard for $5K/month. You want the work done by the person you actually hired.

  • $10K+/month in Google Ads spend (or scaling there fast)
  • Need a senior strategist, not a junior executor
  • Want weekly hands-on optimisation, not monthly check-ins
  • DTC, eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or sophisticated lead-gen
What's included

Every deliverable, listed.

01

Full onboarding audit (week 1)

I start every engagement with the same 30-point audit my one-off clients pay for. You don't pay extra — it's how I get up to speed.

02

Weekly optimisation cycles

Bid adjustments, search-term mining, negative keyword additions, asset group tuning, audience signal refinement. Documented in a running log you can audit any time.

03

Monthly strategic review

Written report + 30-minute call. We talk about what changed, what's working, what I'm testing next, and what I'd do with another 20% budget.

04

Performance Max management

Asset group structure, audience signals, brand exclusion, feed work for Shopping, creative refresh cycles, ROAS target calibration.

05

Search campaign management

Keyword expansion, match-type strategy, ad copy testing, RSA asset rotation, Quality Score optimisation, dayparting.

06

Shopping feed optimisation (eCom)

Title rewrites for search match, attribute completeness, custom labels for ROAS segmentation, feed rules, supplemental feeds.

07

Audience strategy

First-party data lists, custom segments, in-market and affinity audience layering, lookalike testing, exclusion lists.

08

Conversion tracking maintenance

Tracking doesn't break on a known schedule — it breaks at the worst time. I monitor for it weekly and fix it before it hurts your data.

09

Bid strategy management

Picking and tuning Smart Bidding strategies — tROAS, tCPA, Max Conv — based on the actual data, not the Google rep's recommendation.

10

Competitive monitoring

Auction Insights review, competitive ad copy tracking, new-entrant alerts.

11

Looker Studio dashboard

Custom dashboard you can share with your founder, CMO, or board. Updates daily. No agency middleware required.

12

Slack / email availability

Async support during business hours. P0 response within 24 hours, written into the MSA.

13

8–12 hours/week of contracted time

Tracked and reported. You always know what you paid for.

How it works

Process and timeline.

Week 1

Onboarding audit

I do the full 30-point teardown to get fully up to speed on your account, business, and goals.

Week 2-4

Quick wins

Wasted spend killed. Tracking gaps closed. Easy structural fixes shipped. Most accounts see 10-20% efficiency gain in the first month.

Month 2 onwards

Compounding work

Audience development, creative testing, feed optimisation, scaling experiments. Month-on-month improvement, not one-off spikes.

FAQ · Management

Things people ask.

What's the minimum commitment?

Three months. Any senior PPC engagement needs at least one full Smart-bidding learning cycle (14 days) plus 60 days for changes to compound. Anything shorter and you're paying for setup without seeing the return.

Can I cancel anytime after the minimum?

Yes — 30-day notice. No claw-back of fees paid. I hand over a documented account in the state I leave it, with a transition note for whoever takes over.

Do you take performance / commission deals?

No. The incentive is broken — the more I get you to spend, the more I earn, which biases the strategy toward short-term spikes instead of compounding accounts. I charge a flat retainer based on account size and complexity, not on outcomes.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Three things: (1) the person you spoke to in the sales call is the person doing the work. (2) Your account is one of four — not one of forty. (3) I don't try to upsell social, content, or web design — Google Ads is what I do.

What if you take a vacation?

You'll know two weeks in advance. P0 fire-drill clauses cover urgent issues — I'm reachable. Routine optimisation pauses for the duration; we make up the hours after.

Will you work with my in-house PPC manager?

Often yes — that's about a third of my engagements. I work as the senior strategist alongside your in-house executor. Strategy and optimisation review from my side; daily execution stays with your team.
